I just set the trash on the curb...

one bad dream after another has finally forced me up...just a little after six here...I have been awake for awhile...layin' there in the dark...goin over in my mind the dreams...they woke me up once before but I went back to sleep and they started again so this time I just got up...it was about Butch and I guess it was a long time ago cause we looked like we did back in the day...I won't tell the whole thing but this part...I was going to run from him and I could see the highway...and in my mind I knew I would never make it...then I saw a place that I thought if I went there he wouldn't find me......anyway...I woke up...but it brought back memories of when it wasn't a dream...that I was always tryin' to make the great escape in real time...but that was long ago and far away...so no sense in thinkin about that...I did make it....what brought it on and why it was so vivid...I don't know..maybe someone alot smarter than I am would know...but I don't...

made myself a pot of coffee...so it's just us...you and me...I've been feelin' a little under the weather...the grandkids have had bad colds and I guess maybe it has caught up with me...

none of this matters...I'm just killin' time...tryin not to go back to sleep and maybe another dream...it would be nice to have a good dream...I used to think dreams were like re-play on a recorder....but I really don't know...don't understand the force behind them...why they are..where they come from...if I knew that..I could control them...play my own movies sort of speak...but so far I haven't found the key to the door of that mystrey...that is a big reason I don't sleep sometimes...I have weird dreams..real weird...
I heard one time that is how Stephen King got his stuff to write about...lord...I would hate to be that guy...but then again...if I could lay it down on paper and make these dreams of mine pay off like he does....but no...money never meant that much to me...he can have my part....coffee is not half bad...quiet in the house....still dark out......I've got to get to the library today and check out some books...books are a wonderful escape...

                                 

another day, another dollar...what you all up to?...I just jumped on to see what is up...looks like SOS to me...the grand mix....I read blogs...I don't involve myself in other peoples trouble...only trouble I try to handle is my own...just like in real time...that's alot of what is wrong with people...to many try to get involved with other peoples business...used to be a sayin' my Momma would say...something about keepin' your own porch clean...that's all you gotta worry about...let joe-blow handle his own shit..I'm sure he's up to the job...you stir shit and it stinks...but people like drama and we have our share...find the sunshine...leave the rain.....like this gals rose...it's got thorns...and as long as you walk on this earth you are gonna find thorns of one kind or another....so kick back...relax..make the most of today...it might be all you have....
