I'm hidin' out....another day almost over....sos here....nothin changes but the leaves on the trees....I did get a good surprise today...I went out to my place in the valley to look my trees over since that ice storm hit...it tore hell outta the trees all around and I have been dreadin' to go out there and look cause it would make me sick to lose one of my trees....but today I was out that way and so figured I'd get it over with and see how much damage was done...
...none...didn't lose a limb or a tree...I was so happy about that....I have alot of oak..mostly white oak...I like the black oak best but I only have a few of those...they don't live long ..they are a dyin' breed in Missouri...anyway...all my trees looked good and not alot of broken limbs like I feared...I'm goin' home this spring kiddo's...to my place...don't know how I'll pull it off but no matter..I'm goin' home...back to my trees and my flowers and if I wanna pee in my yard I can and no one will know the difference...start over fresh....I won't be so lonesome out there cause I have you all with me and that will make a big difference...you can watch it unfold with me...fresh new year and I'm gonna make a fresh new start...may be my last one but at least its another one
I'd make a fortune right now if I had a chipper...this town could use me bad and for the money I could be hired out...
might have to look into that a little deeper...would be nice...to bad our mind is so much younger than our bodies
...you won't believe how blonde I was last night...left my wine in the freezer all night and now I'm havein' to thaw it out
...then I'm gonna go look for a new background for Midnights...gonna try a change...we'll see how I like it...if not I can always go back to my regular stuff...but I have something in my mind and want to see how it will look...maybe two or three somethings til I'm satisfied....reading a Larry McMurtry book "Telegraph Days"...something that is just funny to read ...no stress book...I have grinned and laughed my way through some of it...got to tired last night and three big glasses of wine put my butt to bed early...just as well...rather sleep than sit here all night bein' down in the dumps....I'm glad it's over with..next comes New Years and then the next day is the anniversery of Ronnie gettin' killed...so it's a long week for me...bad week for me...but at least this year I got up and got out of the house and went out to eat...I usually spend the day in bed with all the lights out...thats no good...well kids...I ain't gettin' nothin' done sittin' here so will duck out for now...go to Youtube and see what kinda music suits me tonight..nothin' weepy or sad...some kinda jumpin music...Tanya Tucker or Bonnie Raitt...Tractors would be nice...I wish they had more Tractors on there...thats something for you to do Hawkman...open a Youtube account and put a bunch of Tractor songs on there

...you would not believe the sack full of goodies we got outta there for twelve bucks...and I got to talk to all six of my kids on the phone for Christmas...that was the very best gift I could have ask for...you all will never know...no...but I know and my higher power knows...that is enough...but my ole candle is lit...let me tell ya kids I'm sittin' here with Bonnie Raitt jammin' out and a good book waitin'...I'm just here to turn around...hope all of you are as happy as I am tonight..love and hugs
